Urbanity through the Eyes of a Plebeian

Urbanity through the Eyes of a Plebeian

On March 10th at roughly 4 something, I left California. On March 10th at roughly 11 something am I wrote these words. It’s funny how life works like that.

It’s been a while K O FF EE and it’s time to get this site up to its full glory. Urbanity waits for no one. Urbanity didn’t wait for me during my Italian (aka no internet) hiatus. It didn’t wait for me to readjust upon my return. It didn’t wait for me to go to LA, then to Austin, do a brief stint in Madrid and Bilbao only to return to Austin and then LA once more. But why why why all the travel? I ask myself as I pull out another semi wrinkled shirt to wear. I ask myself this when I wake up from a horrible sleep on a plane. I ask myself this as I stare at my Uber fares piling up because I’m not 25 and no one is paying for me to rent a car.

I cannot sit still.

I can only narrate urbanity through the eyes of a plebeian.
